1.What are the bracelets made of?

        All bracelets are handcrafted using sterling silver, 14kt gold filled beads and genuine swarovski crystals. They are strung on the strongest jewelry wire available.

2.What are "gold filled beads"?

      Gold filled is the process of permanently bonding layers of 14kt gold onto another stronger metal. Gold "filled" is used as opposed to solid gold because the beads are stronger and less likely to dent and scratch.

3.Will my bracelet turn or fade colors?

    Because the bracelets are made using sterling silver and gold filled beads they will not permanently turn or fade. However, sterling silver does naturally tarnish when exposed to the air or certain chemicals.

4.How do I care for and clean my bracelet?

5.What size should I order? What if I order the wrong size?

     It is STRONGLY recommended that you obtain an accurate wrist measurement prior to ordering. There is a $5.00 per strand restringing fee. See sizing information

6.Can I add to my mothers bracelets if I have another child?

     Yes, additional strands can be added. Total strands can not exceed four. The cost to add a strand is $30.00 plus  $5.00 restringing fee for each existing strand.

7.How will my bracelet be packaged when I receive it?

     In an effort to maintain low costs, bracelets are packaged in plastic baggies inside of protective shipping material. Boxes and silk jewelry pouches are available for an additional cost. See accessories page.

8.How long does it take to receive an order?

     It generally takes approximately 2 weeks from RECEIPT OF PAYMENT to receive your bracelet. If delivery times are delayed you will be notified upon ordering.

  9.What are the shipping and handling costs?

      There is a flat rate shipping and handling cost of $3.00. 

10.Is there a guarantee? What if my bracelet breaks?

     Bracelets are guaranteed for 60 days from time of purchase as long as they have been cared for as described in the Bracelet care tips. After that period there is a $5.00 per strand restringing fee.
