                               1. Name for each strand

                               2. Birth month for each name

                               3. Bracelet size

                               4. Your contact information

If order is for something other than a mothers bracelet please provide a description of that item.

An order confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48hrs after placing your order providing you with a mailing address to send payment.            

Cash, Check or Money orders are accepted.

Orders will be sent approx 1-2 weeks after receiving payment
